Welcome to Genesis Block Coffee. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

• By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• We may update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing

• All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
• Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery details.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

4. Shipping

• Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and courier rates.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Rural delivery surcharges may apply.

5. Product

• Coffee is a natural product and may vary in taste, aroma, and appearance.
• We aim for consistency but do not guarantee identical batches.

6. Referral & Credit Programme

• New customers may receive a 10% discount when using a valid referral code.
• Referrers receive a credit only after a referred customer completes a successful purchase.
• Referral credit is calculated on the order value excluding shipping and taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Referral codes and credits must be used legitimately and not abused.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral programme at any time.

7. Referral Credit Issuance & Expiry

• A referral credit is created only when a referred customer completes a purchase.
• Each referral credit is issued individually and has its own expiry date.
• Referral credits expire 45 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
• If a referral code is not used, no credit is created.
• Multiple successful referrals may result in multiple credits, each with its own expiry.
• Unused credits expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

8. Use of Referral Credits

• Only one referral credit may be used per order.
• Referral credits cannot be combined with referral codes or other discounts unless stated.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn.
• We reserve the right to limit or decline use where misuse is suspected.

9. Programme Integrity

• Self-referrals are not permitted.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain credits is prohibited.
• Any abuse or manipulation may result in cancellation of credits or suspension from the programme.
• We reserve the right to determine misuse at our sole discretion.

10. Promotional Flexibility

• We may adjust referral rewards, expiry periods, or offer promotions at any time.
• Promotional terms override standard terms for the duration of the promotion.

11. Liability

• To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
