Wholesale, delivery runs & 5 kg threshold

We keep the maths simple for both of us. Every order is anchored to the same base rate: NZD 64 per kilogram.

For wholesale partners, we build runs from Rotorua with a minimum of 5 kg total order weight per drop:

Rotorua base — free delivery on qualifying runs
Hamilton, Tirau, Cambridge — typically Wednesday
Tauranga, Matamata — typically Thursday
Taupō — typically Friday

Not on a run? We ship via NZ courier at a simple flat rate from checkout. As the grid builds out, we’ll publish run calendars and dispatch windows here.

Roast schedule & CO₂ degassing

There’s no point vacuum-packing a bag that’s still gassing off. Every order follows the same discipline:

Day 0 — Order received
Day 1 — Roast day
Days 1–3 — CO₂ degassing (minimum three days)
Day 4 — Pack, seal & vacuum once gas is stable
Day 4 — Handover to courier or wholesale run
Days 5–7 — Typical NZ delivery window
